    LUGANSK, March 5 – RIA Novosti. Two civilians were blown up by mines in the village of Zolote-5 in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Sergey Kolyagin, head of the administration of the city of Pervomaisk, said on his 

    Telegram channel.“A civilian resident of the city of Zolote-5, a man born in 1967, was seriously injured when he was blown up by two mines at once, installed on the former demarcation line. The incident happened near high-voltage power lines where repairs are being carried out. <…> The man is in serious condition with a diagnosis “traumatic amputation of both lower limbs” was taken to the Stakhanov Central City Hospital,” the official said.
